Our Process

Step One: Intro Meeting
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and successes.
In this meeting, we’ll also define the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Step Two: Contract Approval
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign a project agreement. This ensures clarity and alignment on the work ahead, with no surprise costs.
Step Three: Project Kickoff
We’ll meet with your key team members to review your current state of business and align on next steps. This 60–90 minute session sets the foundation for collaboration and success. This meeting also helps better inform what the Vision Master Plan might look like.
Step Four: Surveys
We’ll design and distribute a confidential survey to gather insights from your team—and sometimes customers or partners. The results are analyzed and summarized to highlight key themes and opportunities.
Step Five: Interviews
We’ll conduct confidential interviews with key stakeholders to explore deeper insights. These conversations uncover gaps, strengths, and areas for growth that surveys may miss.
Step Six: Vision Event
Using all gathered insights, we’ll facilitate a collaborative session with your team and stakeholders to shape your Vision Master Plan. This structured event builds alignment, surfaces top ideas, and sets clear future goals. This event can range from half to a full day. From this event, we’ll update the draft Vision Master Plan for your review.
Final Deliverables
Step Seven
You’ll receive your Vision Master Plan in both print and digital formats. It includes all supporting insights and is ready to guide your next steps or future consulting work. With delivery, we can discuss any further services would be requested or recommended.
